Soul Tide Foundations

About us

Born from lived experience. Built for real life.

Hi, I’m Tegan, the founder of Soul Tide Foundations.

Soul Tide Foundations began long before it had a name, in the middle of my own mental health journey. I often found myself heightened, confused, dysregulated and unable to use the traditional resources my support team gave me. In the moments I needed help the most, the tools I had were too complex, too text‑heavy, or simply forgotten.

I had been given the information, but not a way to apply it when I needed it most.

I created a simple visual safety plan, now known as the Traffic Light System, to help me identify my emotional zones and take practical steps to regulate. It led to fewer crises, clearer communication, and a confidence I hadn’t felt in years.
