What products do you sell?

We create lived‑experience‑led mental health tools designed to help you build emotional language, self‑understanding, and regulation skills. Our collections include wellbeing resources, guided worksheets, emotional education tools, therapeutic-style exercises, and monthly themed collections.

Who can use Soul Tide Foundations resources?

Anyone. Our tools are designed to be accessible for individuals, clinicians, support workers, students, and community members. While anyone can use them, they should always be used under the guidance of your current mental health support team to ensure they’re safe and appropriate for your needs.

Can I use these resources on my own?

No. Our resources are not a substitute for professional mental health care. They’re designed to be used with the support of your mental health team. Whether that’s a therapist, counsellor, GP, or caseworker. Your team helps you use the tools safely, interpret what comes up, and integrate them into your care plan. Our role is to complement your professional support, not replace it.

How do I access my digital downloads?

After purchase, you'll receive an email with a download link. If it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, please check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder. You can also access your downloads by logging into your customer account.

Can I re-download my files?

Yes! Log into your account at any time to re-access your purchases and download your files again.

What format are the files? 

All Soul Tide Foundations resources are delivered as PDF files or a word document (they may occasionally come as a ZIP if the product contains multiple files).

Will this work on my phone or tablet?

Yes. Our files are compatible with iOS and Android apps. You can use them digitally or print them at home.

Do I need to print anything?

Totally up to you. Many customers use our worksheets digitally, while others prefer printing them.
